Parvez Billimoria is the Executive Director of PBMA’s H V Desai Eye Hospital, Pune, which provides eye care and rehabilitation services to the visually impaired, encourages research & skill training.

Parvez is a former Managing Director of Cynet Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. He has more than 35 years of experience as a Business Entrepreneur, with a keen sense of corporate governance and avid resource mobilisation.

Parvez has been associated with The Poona Blind Men’s Association since late 1997, serving as a former Trustee, President and currently Executive Director. He oversees the management of various units of the organisation, such as PBMA’s H. V. Desai Eye Hospital, Pune, PBMA’s Kantalaxmi Shah Eye Hospital, Nandurbar, Kamla Amul Massand Technical Training Institute of PBMA, and Shirdi Sai Baba Home for Aged Blind Women of PBMA.

Parvez is Past President and continues to be an active member of Rotary Club of Pune Cantonment since 30+ years. He is dedicated to provide eye care services & rehabilitation for the visually impaired.

Dr. Kuldeep Dole is a senior Consultant Ophthalmologist in Cataract and IOL department and the Head of Department of Community Ophthalmology at PBMA’s H.V. Desai Eye Hospital, Pune. He is a Medical Director of the hospital mainly supervising various projects and development of the organization.

Dr Kuldeep has over 23 years of experience in Ophthalmology and Community Eye health. He has done his MBBS & MS (Ophthal) from Pune University in 1997 & 2000 respectively. Dr Kuldeep has also completed his Masters in Community Eye Health from University of London in 2002-2003, after working as a Consultant Ophthalmologist in Mwanza, Tanzania in 2002. Over the years he has mastered Phaco-Cataract surgery with all types of intraocular lenses with excellent post operative outcomes.

Dr. Kuldeep has received training in Medical Retina from Tel Aviv University, Israel for 3 months in 2005. He is the Secretary of the Ethics Committee of the organisation, and a technical advisor to Lions Clubs International Foundation’s Sight First program for Western and Northern India. Dr. Kuldeep is a post-graduate teacher for DNB and has many presentations and publications to his credit. He is dedicated to providing quality eye care services and research in the field of Ophthalmology.

Dr Sushila Kawade Bhosale is the Chief Operating Officer of H.V.Desai Eye Hospital, Pune, and a former Medical Superintendent of Multispeciality Hospital & Group Head of Quality and Patient Safety of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU) Medical College Hospitals.

Dr Sushila has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and hospital management, and 13 years of exclusive experience in Hospital Quality Management & NABH accreditation

Dr Sushila is currently State Chairman for Maharashtra, for Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organizations (CAHO), India. She is an External National Assessor for NQAS, MOHFW (Govt. of India), a Program Director and Faculty for CAHO-NC Closure Program and for various National Quality Training programs CAHO – Program. Specialist Lead Auditor in Bureau veritas, ISO:2008:2018 QMS Certification. She has won several National awards for her achievements in Quality and Patient Safety.

Dr Sushila has published a few research papers in a Medical College Hospital in the National & International Journals on Quality and Patient Safety. She is an Advisor and Quality Consultant for hospitals who aspire to achieve excellence in healthcare delivery.

Optom Amod Gogate, is an Optometrist with more than 34 years combined professional experience in clinical, academic and as corporate executive MNC

Amod currently is the Associate Director of Training and Strategic Planning at PBMA’s H V Desai Eye Hospital, Pune where he works with management team on strategic planning and talent development.

Amod is Optom graduate from All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), M.Optom. from Pune. Amod helped establish School of Optometry at Bharati Vidyapeeth University Medical College, as served as Asso Professor & Head. He was Associate Director of Professional Education at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care for 15 years, during which he completed Executive PG Diploma in Global Business Management from IIM Calcutta.

Amod has presented papers and posters at various international conferences on Optometry education in India. He has received several awards for his professional achievements, and the Best Optometrist of the Year 1996 by Indian Optometric Association.

Amod has been involved in healthcare management, clinical education, strategic thinking, customer experience and digital transformation. In a mentorship role, Amod looks forward to coaching young Optometrists on how to excel in career & enjoy life, while contributing to eye health awareness in the society.
