Consulting for Capacity building:

We identify potential eye hospitals, to partner with us, to enable us to guide these hospitals, so as to improve their capacity building. This exercise, enables the hospitals, guided by us to substantially, increase the volume and quality of eye care services provided by them with long term sustainability. This process is achieved by helping then conduct gap analysis, develop strategic plan and provide relevant training. Regular visits and monitoring by our senior management team helps maintain this flow and experts are consulted, whenever there is a need to do so. The entire focus is on data driven decision making and relevant monitoring for day to day activities and strategic planning.

We presently mentor 12 eye hospitals for capacity building and quality care through Seva International Foundation.

Under ‘Vision 2020-The Right to Sight, India, initiative, H. V. Desai Eye Hospital, has played, a pivotal role, in developing strategic planning for various eye hospitals. In addition to this, we are prepared, in advance, to provide help and assistance to solve any problems which may have occurred or help and assist via telephone / email to other hospitals, in our friend network.
