In addition to the regular Out Patient Department for eye care services, we also provide other related medical facilities for improving the overall health of the patients.

The laboratory services of H. V. Desai Eye Hospital, are outsourced focused on investigations, related to various ophthalmic conditions. All Haematology, Biochemistry and Microbiology tests are carried out for all category of patients.

Unfortunate incidents such as trauma or tumors can sometimes mandate removal of the eyeball. Such patients are thoroughly counselled regarding the procedure and are also fitted with custom made ocular prosthesis or artificial eyes which are created to match patients other eye to achieve maximum cosmosis and help with patient’s self-confidence.

As we are all aware, eyes are the most noticeable part of our face. The aesthetic value of face significantly depends upon the size, shape and contour of the eyelids as well as the shape and integrity of eyeball.
